Each session includes a brief check-in before and after, ensuring you feel supported in your journey. We’ll begin by discussing how you’re feeling and setting an intention for your healing. Afterward, we’ll have a short reflection to integrate the experience.
In-Person Reiki (Winder, GA)
For those who prefer hands-on energy healing, in-person Reiki provides a deeply grounding experience. You’ll relax fully clothed on a treatment table while I gently place my hands on or above different areas of the body, allowing Reiki energy to flow where it’s needed most.

$90 – 90-minute in-person Reiki session (includes check-in, 60 minutes of energy healing, and post-session reflection)

Distance Reiki (Zoom Session)
Energy is not bound by time or space, making distance Reiki just as effective as an in-person session. We’ll connect over Zoom, beginning with a brief check-in, followed by a Reiki transmission as you relax in your own space. Afterward, we’ll take a few moments to reflect on any insights or sensations.
