Hi, I’m Cassie Dalton. About a decade ago, I found myself grappling with the overwhelming symptoms of burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, and various physical health challenges. It became clear that I needed to make significant changes in my life to restore my inner peace and reclaim my overall well-being—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

During my journey to recovery, I discovered the transformative power of yoga, which ignited a passion in me to share its benefits with others. This led me to complete a 500-hour teacher training program, and I have been teaching for several years now, guiding students to find their own paths to healing and balance.

​

In addition to yoga, I experienced the profound effects of Reiki and other energy healing practices. Eager to deepen my understanding, I studied with a Reiki master and later learned advanced techniques from Sai Shakti healers whom I met during my travels to India. These experiences enriched my practice and expanded my toolkit for supporting others.

​

Most recently, I completed my training as a health and wellness coach, allowing me to further empower individuals to make the changes necessary for living their happiest, healthiest, and most peaceful lives. I am truly honored to bring together these diverse modalities in my work, creating a holistic approach that helps you discover what will best support your journey to reclaim your health and restore peace in your body, mind, and spirit.
